The Company has complied with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023 (the so-called Whistleblowing Decree), activating an internal telematic reporting channel, accessible at the following address:

The Portal allows for the submission of internal reports on possible breaches relevant under the reference legislation, in full compliance with all the technical-operational measures provided for therein, as well as with the protection system for the reporter and other protected parties.

Before accessing the Portal for the possible forwarding of an internal report and, in any case, in order to be aware of all the information aspects related to the Whistleblowing Decree, it is necessary to read the document attached hereto, entitled “Organisational act for the implementation of the rules on Whistleblowing„, adopted by the Company in order to inform the possible recipients of the regulations on compliance with all the provisions thereof, as well as – in particular – on the procedures for accessing, sending and managing internal reports, on the rights and responsibilities connected thereto, on the additional forms of communication of violations and on the overall protection system set up by the Company.

These contents should be properly consulted before sending the report.

Within the Portal, in any case, there are information disclaimers that will guide the user from the beginning to the end of the internal reporting process.
