2.PERSONAL DATA
Personal data state all information concerning and referring to the user browsing the website. The following personal data (hereinafter called the “Data”) could be specifically processed:
Browsing Data: the computer systems and the application procedures for the Company website operation acquire, during their normal operation, some data which transmission is implicit in the use of the web communication protocols.

Data collected through registration/access to the Supporting Area: the registration to the Supporting Area of the site involves the acquisition of the user name, email, company, contact person, telephone to use the services and the contents reserved to the registered users.
The access to the Supporting Area of the site performed by already registered users involves the acquisition of username and password to use the services and the contents reserved to registered users. The user is responsible for the protection of its own username and password; the Company cannot be considered responsible for the possible loss or dissemination of those data due to lack of caution or not suitable employment by the user during web browsing. 3.PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

5.MODALITIES OF DATA PROCESSING
Under the purposes stated in above point 3), the Data processing will be with automated systems, in compliance with regulations about personal data processing, by using suitable safety measures.
The Data processing will be handled by personnel that has been specifically trained and instructed, just to ensure the appropriate safety and confidentiality, as well as to avoid risks of loss and/or destruction and accesses by unauthorised parties.
6.DATA COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
In the limits strictly connected to the purposes stated in above point 3), the Data could be communicated to:
– Company internal users suitably authorized to carry out ancillary and instrumental activities connected with the management of the requested services;
– subjects specifically nominated as data processing Responsibles (individuals or entities processing data on documented instruction of the Company such as, for example, person charged of the management and maintenance of the computer systems, etc.).

7.PERIOD OF DATA STORAGE
The Owner of Data processing stores and manages the Data for the time necessary to fulfil the stated purposes. Afterwards, the Data will be stored, and not further processed, for the time indicated by the current provisions on civil and fiscal matters.
8.RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED
With reference to the Data, the user is entitled, following the modes stated by the Regulation, to ask the Company for:
– the access, in the provided cases (art. 15)
– the correction of the erroneous Data and the integration of the incomplete ones (art. 16)
– the deletion of the Data due to provided reasons (art. 17), such as, for example, when they are no more necessary with reference to the above indicated purposes or they are not handled with respect to the Regulation
– the limitation of Data management within the provided hypothesis (art. 18), such as, for example, when the concerned person disputes the Data correctness and it is necessary to verify them
– the portability, i.e. the right to receive the Data, in the provided cases (art. 20), in a structured format of common use and readable by automatic device, and to forward those Data to another Owner of processing
– the opposition to Data processing, in the provided cases (art. 21).
9. PROCEDURES FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHTS
In order to exercise the above identified rights, it will be sufficient to contact the data processing Owner as follows:

– by sending an e-mail message to the address privacy@tacchi.it
The time limit for the reply is one (1) month, extendable to two (2) months in particularly complex cases; in those case, the Company supplies at least an interlocutory communication within one (1) month. The exercise of the rights is generally free of charge; the Company reserves the right to ask for a contribution in case of requests that are clearly unfounded or excessive (even redundant). The Company has the right to ask for information necessary to identify the applicant.
10.COMPLAINT
In case it is considered that the Data processing violates the provisions contained in the Regulation, the person concerned is entitled to make a complaint to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data in compliance with art. 77 of the Regulation itself.
11.NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
The Data provision is strictly necessary to proceed with the requested services.
Therefore, failure to provide even partial Data implies the objective impossibility of executing the mentioned requests.
12.TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
The Data are stored in the headquarters of the Data Processing Owner and on servers located in EU.
13.AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES
The Data are subject neither to profiling, nor to processing through automated decision-making process.
14.LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Some pages of the site can include links to other websites that are not managed by TACCHI GIACOMO E FIGLI SPA. The Company does not share the personal data with those sites. The Company is not responsible for the contents, the safety, or for the privacy measures employed by other sites and expressly declines all responsibilities.
